Anooshy Shahid (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with one year of experience as a Registered Psychotherapist and three years of experience in the mental health field. Known for her warm and inclusive approach utilizing empathy, empowerment, and cultural awareness, she is dedicated to fostering a supportive and safe healing space for individuals.

Anooshy believes in collaboratively working with clients on their journey of self-discovery by providing a safe space for them to process their thoughts and feelings, and discuss the challenges that have shaped their life today. She is committed to validating the experiences of her clients while helping them discover their strengths, develop skills, build connections, and work towards fulfilling their goals.
