Kathy Payne (she/her) is a Psychotherapist with over seven years of experience in the field of psychotherapy. Known for being laid back and non-judgmental, she is dedicated to fostering a supportive and healing space for individuals, couples, and families of all kinds. I self-identify as Disabled, and ADHD.

Kathy believes in client autonomy and fostering hope for the future. She is committed to helping clients see their strengths and develop those strengths in just the right way to support improvement in their lives moving forward.

Kathy’s counselling expertise lies in depression, ADHD, disability, chronic pain, and relationship based life transitions. She is particularly adept at improving levels of hope and helping clients recognize the strengths they already possess. Kathy facilitates clients in envisioning their preferred future and identifying instances of it already occurring in their lives, leading to improvements in mood and motivation.
