Kehinde Ekpudu is a Registered Social Worker with almost 5 years of experience in the field of mental health. Known for her empathetic approach and excellent communication skills, Kehinde is dedicated to fostering a supportive and healing space for individuals, couples, and families. Kehinde specializes in various therapeutic models including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She utilizes solution focused, strength-based, trauma focused, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) approaches. Kehinde is skilled in utilizing trauma-informed approaches and relational interventions to support clients to heal from past experiences and build healthy connections. She works towards resilience, promoting self-discovery and empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with a sense of confidence and well-being. Kehinde’s goal is to provide clients with the tools that support their need to achieve personal growth and cultivate fulfilling relationships.
