Kehinde Ekpudu is a Registered Social Worker with almost 5 years of experience in the field of mental health. Known for her empathetic approach and excellent communication skills, Kehinde is dedicated to fostering a supportive and healing space for individuals, couples, and families. I self-identify as BIPOC.

Kehinde believes in a client-centered approach to empower clients to experience transformation and self-discovery. She is committed to creating a collaborative non-judgemental environment. Kehinde values the uniqueness that exists in each client and works on understanding their unique perspectives. Her approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, respect and fostering a partnership to support clients in navigating their challenges and facilitate personal growth.

Therapeutic Approach:

Kehinde specializes in various therapeutic models including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She utilizes solution focused, strength-based, trauma focused, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) approaches. Kehinde is skilled in utilizing trauma-informed approaches and relational interventions to support clients to heal from past experiences and build healthy connections. She works towards resilience, promoting self-discovery and empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with a sense of confidence and well-being. Kehinde’s goal is to provide clients with the tools that support their need to achieve personal growth and cultivate fulfilling relationships.
