Jesse McCowan (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with one year of experience in the field of mental health and psychotherapy. Known for her warmth, grounded presence, and thoughtful insight, she is dedicated to fostering a supportive and healing space for individuals navigating mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions.
