Kayla Rivera (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Music Therapist with over six years of experience in mental health. Known for her empathy, cultural competence, and active listening, Kayla is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and valued. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor of Music Therapy from Wilfrid Laurier University.

She values each client’s uniqueness and takes a personalized approach to therapy, offering compassion, acceptance, and empowerment.
